Flow of Training for
New Graduates

MORABU fully supports the skill improvement of our engineers with our unique training programs tailored to the goal of each individual engineer.
We have established a system to help them develop their careers as engineers who have market value from the present to the future.
Pre-employment training (for new graduate candidates)
We provide business manner training for new graduate candidates to become full-fledged business people and technical training specialized for the job category they wish to work in. (Information processing, machinery, electrical and electronics, etc.).
*For those who reside in distant areas, we will provide correspondence courses individually.
Business manner training (for new graduate employees)
We provide comprehensive basic training for new graduate employees to help them acquire the manners and communication skills necessary to become full-fledged business people. (In-house training and training by independent instructors).
The training is not limited to classroom lecture, but also includes actual practice.
We will repeat the training over and over again until you learn them.
We help our employees to establish a positive and motivated work ethic for their respective jobs.
We also encourage our employees to acquire the Test for Technical Ability of Secretary 3rd grade, Business Writing Skill Examination 3rd grade, and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Specialist level at the end of the training program.

Technical training (for new graduate employees)
Technical training
For those who have IT experience, we provide technical training tailored to their assignments and jobs that they wish to do.
We encourage new graduates with degrees in the information processing field to acquire the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination at the end of the training program.

Training for those without IT experience
We provide basic IT training to help those without any IT background step into the IT industry. After joining MORABU, you can take the first step as an engineer and improve your skills with our reliable support program even after starting your project or assignment.

e-learning
This training program allows you to choose the technical course that suits you best and take the course at your convenience via the Internet.
For e-learning courses, MORABU covers the full cost of course fees.

Correspondence courses
We offer correspondence courses in technical fields that are provided by Japan Technical Education and Development Center (JTEX), a vocational training corporation. You can choose from about 300 courses.
MORABU covers a half of the course fee for the correspondence courses, within the limited amount.
For those who have completed the e-learning course and are taking correspondence courses for acquiring more qualifications, MORABU will cover three-fourths of the course fee, within the maximum amount.

Qualification acquisition support program
We provide study advice to help you acquire your desired qualifications.
- Subsidies for the course fees of training and correspondence courses required to acquire qualifications
- Subsidies for half of the examination fees for qualifications
(for new graduate employees)
At present, there are about 100 qualifications covered by qualification allowances.
- 1,500 yen (rank E) to 30,000 yen (rank S) per month
- Qualification allowances are provided every time you acquire a qualification.
- Qualification allowances are paid even if the qualifications acquired are irrelevant to your work.
- New graduate employees are eligible to receive qualification allowance in their second year.
Four qualifications encouraged for new graduate employees
MORABU is committed to supporting its engineers in acquiring qualifications.
In particular, we recognize that the first year of new graduate employees is the most critical period, and therefore, from 2020,
we encourage them to acquire the four qualifications below.
Starting with new graduates employees who joined the company in April 2022,
we will offer rewards to those who have acquired all of the following four qualifications within their first year of employment as well as recognition at the general meeting.
