What will the world be like in 2030?

Cutting-edge technologies and services are advancing at a dizzying pace in IT-related fields such as big data, IoT (Internet of Things), and AI. This cutting-edge IT technologies are said to have the potential to revolutionize the industries. Our future cannot be talked without these cutting-edge IT technologies. However, due in part to the declining birthrate and aging population, the number of engineers has not caught up with the speed of the expansion of IT-related industries. The shortage of IT engineers in 2030 is estimated to be approximately 590,000 people. There is an urgent need to train engineers who can navigate through the waves of rapid changes with flexible ideas and technical skills.

In response to these global innovations in technology, MORABU began hiring talented foreign engineers in 2005, and has also focused on training bridge SEs to serve as a bridge between Japan and the rest of the world. For liberal arts graduates who wish to acquire IT skills, we have established a system whereby they can learn IT skills from scratch at our technical training institute. MORABU aims to constantly provide human resources with the most appropriate skills and competencies in the field of cutting-edge technologies.
